Tom Payne has over 23 years in the food industry, holding senior marketing positions for 17 years.  His experience covers marketing plan development, media planning and negotiation, content marketing, shopper marketing, direct marketing, social media marketing, managing agencies and collaborating with sales to create successful promotions.
